The training program is based on the “Adolescent Coping with Depression Course," an evidence-based cognitive-behavioral group intervention that has solid research support and has been delivered in a variety of settings for over 25 years.
The step-by-step interactive DVD training program presents video vignettes showing expert therapists as they work with a group of depressed adolescents over multiple sessions. The DVD format allows the user to choose when and how much of the program to review at any one sitting and the order in which to examine the course materials.
